Welcome to Power Snacks Vending. By engaging our vending services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
Power Snacks Vending supplies and operates snack and beverage vending machines (“Machines”) at your location. Services may include:
- Machine delivery, installation, and maintenance
- Stocking of products
- Collection of revenue from machine sales
2. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide safe, accessible, and secure placement for the Machines
- Notify Power Snacks Vending promptly of any machine malfunctions or damages
- Maintain reasonable access for service, restocking, and collection
3. Product Availability & Pricing
- Products, prices, and selection are subject to change without prior notice.
- Power Snacks Vending is not responsible for product shortages or temporary unavailability.
4. Payment & Revenue
- Revenue from Machines will be collected by Power Snacks Vending unless otherwise agreed.
- Any revenue-sharing arrangements will be documented in a separate agreement.
5. Machine Maintenance & Liability
- Power Snacks Vending will maintain and service Machines regularly.
- Damage caused by vandalism, negligence, or misuse by third parties may be the responsibility of the customer.
- Power Snacks Vending is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from the use of the Machines.
6. Term & Termination
- Either party may terminate the placement agreement with written notice as specified in the placement agreement.
- Upon termination, Power Snacks Vending will remove Machines and settle outstanding balances.
7. Privacy
- Any personal or business information collected will be used solely for service management and compliance purposes.
- Information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
8. Modifications
Power Snacks Vending reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
